Tech
Technology is something that fascinated me since I was a child. I would take apart most toys I had and then tried putting them back together. I didn’t always succeed back then, but it’s the process of uncovering how something works that inspired me.
By now we live in a whole other world, where a smartphone can replace a set of devices that used to take up a whole room. However, my interest in technology remained, and I constantly research new advances in photo, video, audio and computer tech.
Since moving to New York in 2005, I’ve worked in the photo/video industry for over 15 years, I’ve learned how to troubleshoot all sorts of technology-related problems and optimize digital workflows.
I’ve assisted photographers, worked as a “digi-tech” on all types of photo and video shoots, worked as a retoucher, worked as a video shooter and editor for a large studio in Jersey City and provided countless hours of tech support.
These days, I help clients with more complex tasks, like setting up streaming infrastructure, creating a custom data management system and choosing optimal equipment for specific tasks.
